MEMORY LEARNING AND IMPROVING CONCENTRATION SQ3R



Firstly, before i explain about this topic, i want you guys to understand what is the meaning of life. We know that we always do activity but are we realise what is the meaning doing something in our daily life. For example, one day , you feel that you want to feel HAPPY, CHEER UP, and always be a POSITIVE THINKER, so you need to make sure that your personality as same as the thing that you think and always know what motive that you want to. Always remember to stay focused leave the negative aura on your body and always take the positive one.

  3. Human has amazing brain


BRAIN??

  1. The most important organ in our body
  2. Brain can transmit data about 250 km per second through our cell
  3. Brain has 2 side that have different function


THE LEARNING PYRAMID:
There are many ways to learn information at various percentages of retention. Learning pyramid that was created by the National Training Laboratories in Betel, Maine, illustrates the percentage of learner recall that is associated with many approaches. The bigger the size of level pyramid the higher the retention of learning.


MEMORY:

Human memory system has 3  that call sensory memory, short term memory, and long term memory. So, we need to improve our memories by concentrate about what are we gonna doing.


STRATEGIES FOR IMPROVING CONCENTRATION:

  • Using a good strategies such as doing mnemonic method and  and write a note using mindmap
  • Always have a good plan by make a schedule and manage your time 
  • Always reply your revision everyday and challenge yourself by doing task 
  • Stay focused and dont distract with other thing 

CAUSES A POOR CONCENTRATION :

  • 1. Lack of attention.
  • 2. Lack of interest.
  • 3. Lack of motivation.
  • 4. Distraction from others.
  • 5. Uncomfortable environment.


SQ3R : Survey-Question-Read-Recite-Review


Survey
- Go through to get initial imaging about the chapter that he will learn.

Question
- Create a question while reading so your mind will always look for an answer.


Read- When students read something, they need to look for answers to the questions they formulated         during their preview of the text.


Recite
- Always rehearse the previous chapter so you keep remembering it.


Review
- After reading, students should review the text to answer any questions that lingering in their mind and recite the questions they previously answered.
