WHAT IS PLAGIARISM???

PLAGIARSM:  is taking someone else note and making it your own work without the permission of                            the owner.

What is taking note?

Taking note is very important for student. It is because when you jot down the note you can revise about what you have learnt from day to day in class. The bigger the size of level pyramid the higher the retention of learning.

TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

you can't go back and change the PAST,
so look to the FUTURE and don't make the same mistake twice...

(SHINTARO KISARAGI)
~ mekakucity actor~

Time management is important to all student. We need to always manage our time carefully because if we dont manage our time it will make our day become worst because we dont have a plan or schedule that we need to make our day. So , we need to plan before doing any activities to make sure that our time in academic and curricular is in balance state and make sure our time don't became waste doing other thing.

===========================================================================

By time,,,Indeed, mankind is in loss,,,Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience...
(AL-ASR: 1-3)

===========================================================================

There are 6 organizational skill:
  • Time management
  • Goals
  • Work hard
  • Strategised
  • Make a right choice
  • Self awareness

What is time?

''The separation between past, peresent and future is only an ilusion althoung a convincing one''
(Albert Einstein)

According to Albert Einstein, time is only an ilusion. It has a space between two thing that we call past and future. Don't forget about present that always stay between past and future.

PROCRASTINATION:

Procrastination is the act delaying the work that we have. It means procrastination is a bad habit for student because its like doing something important at last minute. This act will make student became stress and can't focus doing other thing at a perfect time. Procrastination also make our time became shorter because our job became increase, so we can't manage our time properly. There are many way to avoid become a PROCRASTINATOR. We need to be orgiznized.

Advantage of being orginized:

  • Always keep on schedule that we made
  • Dont feel stress or worry about work
  • Have much time to study and do revesion
  • Descipline oueselves in manage our time

How to manage our time?
There are two tools that we can use to manage our time:

1) Calendar:

Calender are useful to manage our time because if we have a calendar we can know what time and date that we have an important on that day,, so we can't ever forget to do our work and make it easier to arrange our time.

2) Reminder:

Reminder is tool that can tell us about thing that we need to do first until the last one. It also can help us to arranged our job in order from the most important until the less important.

''EATING AN ELEPHANT''

This phrase means you need to do thing little by litte, just like eating elephant , we cant eat it so fast because the elephant is to big for us right? So we need to it slowly and do it time by time. Its remind us to make sure that we don't do a work at last minute and make sure to submit our work such as assignment before a due date.

JOB TASK ANALYSIS:

There are two things :

1) ROUTINE : Routine is a work that mostly we do everyday such as eating, go to bath
                         and going to class

2) AS SOON AS : The thing that was very important and if we don't do that thing it will make
POSSIBLE us feel stress and its not ggod for us as a student. The thing that important are
like doing assignment that always have a due date to submit that thing.

PRIORITIZED-TO-DO-LIST:
  • High priority task : Assigment, Quiz, Examinantion
  • Medium priority task : Play ping-pong, Doing revesion, Reading a novel
  • Low patriority task: Going to the town, watching movies, playing games at laptop
  • Additional task: Buying a personal thing such as pen , book or test pad

2) HOUSING, DINING AND TRANSPORTATION RESOURCES:

Dining resources is a place for student to take their breakfast , lunch and supper everyday.
so everyone doesn't have any problem if their feel hungry or thirsty. Example for dining resources is like cafeteria and groceries.

Housing resource is place for student to take a nap or rest. It means just like our room at home, we use the housing resource such as Koleh Tun Fatimah or Kolej Tok Gajah to make it a place that we can keep our thing such as cloth and other privacy thing. It also a place that we always go after class and use it with our condition.

UITM JENGKA also have a transportation such as van and bus to help student went to the city. It was very useful for all student because we still at sem 1 , cant bring any transportation such as motorcycle or car. So with van and bus can bring us to the city easily. We also can ride a bicycle if we want to go to the class because it was far from our resident.

3) STUDENT ORGANIZATION RESOURCES

An organization that held outside of the class doing extra-curricular and leisure activities to gain more self confidence to face the outside world after you graduated from the university.
